thank you again for a most enjoyable day last Wednesday.   Tiffany and I were greatly impressed by your undoubted knowledge and your friendly hospitality.  I was delighted to have so many of your impressive birds fly to me so many times and I enjoyed every minute that we were there. (  I didn’t have a favourite but say hello to Henry for me. )
